Picasse receiver is used to receive pushed alerts sent by the Picasse communication platform. The alert sound is different for every message priority set by the sender. It additionally provides the location of the phone to the sender to determine whether someone is available for duty.

- User is asked to accept the message/task or to reject it, feedback is sent to Picasse
